Store POS Billing at the Counter
Liquor Counter is the POS itself, made for the speed of a liquor counter. Scan the bottle’s barcode or tap the item on the touch screen, and the bill is ready in seconds. Sealed bottles of 60 ml, 90 ml, 180 ml, 375 ml, 750 ml, 1 L and 2 L are billed by barcode, so staff don’t have to remember rates. At walk-in stores, barcode scanning is mandatory for every bottle.
Dynamic UPI QR for every bill
When the bill is entered, Liquor Counter generates a dynamic UPI QR (PhonePe or similar) for the exact bill amount. The customer scans and pays, with no typing of amounts and no mismatch between the bill and the payment.
Stock goes down as you bill
Every bill reduces stock straight away, brand by brand and size by size. You don’t have to update stock separately at the end of the day.

The stock position view shows what is in hand, brand-wise and size-wise, in real time. Stock movement alerts and low-stock alerts warn you before a fast-moving brand runs out, or when stock moves in a way that doesn’t add up.
Close the day on a tablet or phone
At closing time, staff enter the closing balance on a tablet or phone while they walk the racks. Liquor Counter compares the count with the day’s sales and shows any difference the same night. You don’t need a paper register or a calculator, and you don’t type the count in a second time. Liquor Counter is also offline-ready: billing works without internet, and closing entry continues if the connection drops.
