Liquor Counter is your POS
Liquor Counter is the billing counter itself, not an add-on to another POS. When you make a bill, it generates a dynamic UPI QR (PhonePe or similar) for that exact bill amount. The customer scans and pays the right amount. Nobody has to type the amount in, and there is less confusion at the counter.
KOT on every bar
Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) come with both Janata and Deluxe bars. Food orders go to the kitchen clearly, and they stay linked to the bill.
Peg-wise billing and inventory
Most bars pour a 60 ml peg, and some pour 30 ml. Liquor Counter supports peg-wise billing and inventory, so every peg you sell is reduced from the bottle in stock. You can see how much liquor has actually gone out, not just how many bottles were opened.
Stock, indent and reports
- Stock position tracking: know what is in hand, brand by brand.

Janata Bar Setup: Built for Counter Service
A Janata bar is about speed. Customers come to the counter, order, pay and drink. There are no tables to allot and no stewards to manage.
How the Janata setup works
- Counter service only. Billing happens at the counter. There is no table allocation, steward management or weighing scale, because a Janata bar doesn’t need them.
- Sealed bottle sales. Janata bars can sell sealed bottles in every size from 60 ml to 2 L: 60 ml, 90 ml, Quarter (180 ml), Half (375 ml), Full (750 ml), 1 L and 2 L. These are billed by scanning the barcode, which is quick and avoids wrong entries.
- Peg sales at the counter. Loose pegs are billed peg-wise, and stock is reduced the same way.
- KOT for any food orders.
- Dynamic UPI QR on every bill, so payments are fast even in rush hour.
Who should choose Janata
Pick the Janata setup if your bar:
- serves customers at the counter, not at tables
- sells a lot of sealed bottles (quarters, halves, fulls and other sizes from 60 ml to 2 L)
- needs billing to be fast and simple during peak hours

Deluxe Bar Setup: Built for Table Service
A Deluxe bar is about service at the table. Customers sit, stewards take orders, and the bill grows over the evening. The software has to keep track of who is sitting where and what each table has ordered.
How the Deluxe setup works
- Table management and allocation. Allot tables to customers and track orders table by table, so no order gets missed or billed to the wrong table.
- Optional Steward App. Stewards can use the Steward App to handle their tables. It’s optional: table allocation works even without it.
- Weighing-scale support. Deluxe bars can use a weighing scale for tighter control over what is poured.
- Peg-wise billing and inventory, at 60 ml or 30 ml as your bar works.
- KOT for kitchen orders from each table.
- Dynamic UPI QR for the final table bill.
Who should choose Deluxe
Pick the Deluxe setup if your bar:
- has tables and seats customers

Both setups give you the same strong base of KOT, peg-wise inventory, stock tracking, indent suggestions and owner reports. You won’t lose control of your stock whichever one you choose. You’re only picking the setup that matches how your floor works.
